  3. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will work to build a partnership with its clients that will enable its clients to maintain control over the scope and cost of their legal work.

  4. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will be attentive to the client’s needs and strive to attain a desired result as quickly and expeditiously as possible.

  5. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group commits to being open and receptive to any creative billing arrangement that is fair. Some of the billing structures Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will offer clients include the following:

    • Value-based billings with incentives for results that exceed expectations;

    • Traditional hourly billing in six minute increments;

    • No interest negotiated monthly payment rate;

    • Monthly retainers for day-to-day advice; and

    • Percentage fees, success-based fees and other fee incentives to achieve your goals.

  6. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will not pass through overhead charges. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group clients will not pay for typical long-distance telephone calls, local travel, standard U.S. postage or even the significant charges associated with the use of most legal research databases. As for photo-copies, Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will only charge for the copy provided to the clients and the original and copies necessary to be provided the court and or opposing counsel.

  7. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will make effective use of technology in providing cost efficient services to its clients.

  8. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will meet clients at their place of business or other suitable and mutually agreed upon location.

  9. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will never consider a call from a client bothersome.

  10. Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group will be responsive to phone calls, emails or text messages within a reasonable time from receipt of communication.
